It is amazing to me though that she has paid Penn Millions, not just a few million, but millions upon millions and the idiot didn't even know about the proportional delegate thing. She is STILL paying him millions and it is said that the majority of the 20+ million that she has in debt is to his firm. I do not want this woman in charge of the nations purse strings.
