BushCo sold their countrymen down the river with rules written before 9-11 which were waiting for a "Pearl Harbor like Event" (Cheney's words) to be imposed.

But they are ONE of multiple terrorists attacks (28 I believe) which have occured since 9-11. Four other examples include the unsolved Anthrax Case, the teen who flew a Cesna into a Florida highrise, the assault weapon attack of the ElAl Ticket counter at LAX and the Bosnian Muslim who opened fire in Trolley Square, Salt Lake City.

The point is: the Republican talking points that there have been no attacks becuase of the safeguards that BushCo has put in place are just another LIE from people to stupid to play a chess game.

How was the D.C. Sniper a terrorist? What policies was he trying to change? From what I remember, all he was was a crazy dude driving around shooting people. This means he's a criminal, not a terrorist. The definition of a terrorist is one who performs violent acts to try to change government policies or practices. In fact, this definition negates most of the other instances you listed of "terrorism acts" in the United States.

hmmmm if he wants to die ... do not let him... seems simple to me. Let him sit in that prison till his body wears out and falls apart. Then keep him aliave a bit longer!

That should give him plenty of time to think about what he has done.

Perhaps you could pipe into his room the video footage of the deaths he has caused over and over?

However, instead of being injected with sodium pentathol, succinylcholine, and finally potassium chloride, he should get an old English style hanging where he is dropped a short distance and left to strangle without the benefit of his neck being broken.
