I believe in second-chances, repurposing and education. However, these bombings are more than likely still being created by black ops to make it appear that Iran is supplying weapons to "insurgents". This tactic has never stopped from day one.

Coalition soldiers don't see Iraqi citizens, they see a possible revenge suicide behind every wedding cake - and with good reason.

Maybe they should have eloped.
