I was in a lot of 'dangerous places' doing USO tours back in the day. I stood IN North Korea 2 feet from North Korean soldiers in the UN JSA. That was 32 years ago.

I've been lots of places that were tense.

I even remember what we had to eat.

And I didn't take kids into sniper zones and stand on tarmacs for 15 minutes smiling unafraid, or standing on a high watchtower in plain sight of any decent sniper in the world.

-Her claims about Northern Ireland were debunked by Lord VanderPoop (or whatever his name is), who led the No. Ireland Peace conference while Hillary was there. He guffawed at the suggestion Hillary had anything substantial to do with anything those days she was there.

-Her claims about not supporting NAFTA, when indeed we do know now she led meetings surrounding it's passage.

-We know she had no role in SGHIPS until it was already passed. She tweaked an amendment after the fact. There are more of those claims yet examined thoroughly.

She is about the be 'vetted' thoroughly.

Time for her to bow out of the race gracefully. This is her opportunity to appear gracious and 'helping the party' by acknowledging she can't catch up.

Take the chance Sen Clinton. Otherwise, you're going to lose your NY Senate seat next election after you and Bill become laughingstocks for your 'win at any cost' antics. You can look like a hero this week, or you can hang onto your fabricated 35 years of experience until it drags you down when your claims go under close scrutiny.

On CNN Cathy Crowley said there were 5 points of forenign policy experience that Clinton was making the public aware of to show she was ready on day 1. Well Hillary has been caught in a lie and if she can't remember this back in 1996 then how does she remember so much about her opposition to NAFTA before that. She has already been caught in a lie about her opposition to NAFTA also. I do not want another president who lies to us like Bush did. Everyone who is a Hillary supporter or is on the frence should think twice about her lieing. No one is disputing she did some good things. Times were good under the Clintons. They were also bad politically. We went acidic.

Look, I had no bone to pick with the Clinton's. I just happened, as a voter of over 3 decades, to be very impressed with Barack Obama as an intellect, the right person to remove barriers both here and abroad in many ways, and as someone I believe every time he speaks.

That said, this could have been Hillary's year. But, millions of us liked someone else too. She is not winning, and it's not Barack Obama's fault. She had more money, more cred, more chits to call in, the whole works. But, as manager of her campaign she did not realize that they had no post SuperTuesday plan, were out of money, her staff were fighting like cats and dogs.

Barack's organization, on the other hand, has run an amazing campaign. People responded.

The problem now is that Sen. Clinton cannot win the nomination or even catch up to Sen. Obama. But, she appears willing to do anything to take him down to lift herself up - much to the detriment of the Democratic Party in a year it should be a walk in the park moving into the WH after 8 years of Bush.

However, now, BECAUSE of her, the Democrats are in danger of losing all that. Why? Because Hillary only appears to care about her own self interest and could care less about the Democrats winning the White House if it's not her.

THAT'S the problem I have with her. Bill's SC remarks, McCain and Hillary being the only suitable CiC's, and the list goes on.

I also listened to the sermon about 'God Damn America' and agreed with a lot of it. They weren't officially human everywhere in America until 44 years ago, and while they fought in Vietnam a black soldier from The South couldn't even vote or use the bathroom in his hometown.

Alot of what you say I understand, and agree with.

Other than your "biased opinion" ;-), why do think she should just quit? There are almost as many people that voted for her (don't know the exact numbers). But my point being, Obama doesn't have enough to seal the deal. So why shouldn't both candidates do what they can (within reason, and this aint it) to win. Isn't that the point of the "magic number". Until you get there you compete. I think they both owe it to the people that voted for them.

I don't think the candidates are the problem, I think the proportional delegate distribution system is. Is there a site that has that sort of breakdown, I haven't found one?

I'm really not trying to bash Hillary here. I'm just sayin' what I've been saying: Her claims of '35 years of experience' are based on exaggerated roles in supposed marquee Clinton accomplishments. The stories on page 3b that received little attention have basically debunked all that.

Had Hillary been the nominee by acclamation, I'd have no problem. But, her lowball tactics on the presumptive mathematical winner piss me off. She cannot mathematically win. All she can accomplish by staying in and engaging in the tactics we've seen against Obama - including saying McCain and she are the only two '3 a.m. phone ready' candidates - is to ensure Obama can't win and she can run again in 2012, against John McCain.

I'm sorry, but I'd expect some loyalty from her TO the Democrats after they gave them so much - pass after pass - on everything from Monica to the blown Health Care plan that cost the Congress in 1994.

Democrats stood with THEM. What about THEIR loyalty to anything but their own selfish interests in light of the fact she cannot win, but she seems willing to bring everyone else in the boat down with her.

What I am curious about is why are people so surprised? Hillary Clintion is just scary. She's a lifelong self committed politician. She will and has done anything and everything to maintain her status in the political arena (even if it is through her husband). Remember all those affairs and Hillary just stood by her man. Any self respecting person would have given their partner the finger and shown them the door well before even the Monica scandal. Although I'd have bet anything that if Bill had been removed from office (before Hil started running for Senate) Hillary woulda dropped him so fast that his ass would still be sore. But back to her lying, have we all forgotten Whitewater? There's a nice example dating way back to before they were even elected into the White House. And in terms of her being the scary politician, she says one thing and acts another. She firmly believes that all those people she is supposed to be representing are just sheep. She wants us all to do as she says, not as she does. We are there to elect her and then shut up and let her tell us how to run our lives. She wants us to be mindless peasants following her divine and more knowledgable orders. So again, why are we surprised? Both Dems are damaged goods and unelectable. Given that McCain is about 90% likely to win regardless, let's all vote 3rd party so we can reform the Dem party once and for all. Either they are forced to represent the will of the people (impeachment NEVER off the table, troops home now) or they cease to be a major political party. Regardless of the Dem candidate that you vote for, you will be throwing away your vote on a person unqualified to be president.

The Dayton Peace Accords were signed 5 months before Hillary touched down.
