Jack knows that when his plumbing license was raised 1,000 dollars last year that he would have to pass that cost along to his consumers, many of whom are on fixed incomes.

Being in business now for better than 30 years Jack has never been sued and has always taken swift action to correct and or address any concerns his customer might have. Jack knows that dignity and respect are derived from hard work and going the extra step everytime.

Jack doesn't believe in get rich quick schemes and also teaches his young son and 2 daughters that if something sounds to good to be true 99.9999 percent of the time it isn't true.

Jack knows that he can't make a living off poor people but over the years he has done his share of pro bono and has also hired and trained those willing to learn and work and helped them rise above by sometimes going below.

Jack has never cheated on his wife in 28 years of marriage, has never been arrested for felony crime and has only had 2 speeding tickets throughout his 52 years of life. They've certainly had 14 months of being obstructed via filibuster rules. That much is public record.

Democrats haven't impressed anyone with their ability to pick a battle and win it, but to pretend they caused the problems facing the futures/commodities/real estate markets is to be blind, deaf and loud-mouthed. Flooding the market with cheap money and telling people to shop started us down the dark road. Giving hedge funds unfettered access to commodity futures and real estate exacerbated the bubbles. Allowing mortgage companies to sell anything to anybody with no oversight didn't help. Spending all our money building roadblocks and dividing communities down ethnic lines in Iraq hurt our National Security and international credibility much more than it helped anyone. Etc. Etc. Etc.

I'm not going anywhere near the Kennedy cousins, especially Michael Skakel.

And I'd like to thank Oprah Winfrey for her support.

The Obama campaign made its clearest suggestion yet that the Clinton campaign is deliberately crossing the line on Obama's race and other character issues in a conference call today with reporters.

Obama's chief strategist, David Axelrod, grouped former Rep. Geraldine Ferraro's suggestion that Obama owes some part of his success to the fact that he's black with other gaffes by Clinton backers Robert Johnson and Bill Shaheen, and with Clinton's "own inexplicable unwillingness" to flatly deny that Obama is a Muslim in a "60 Minutes" interview.

"All this is part of an insidious pattern that needs to be addressed," he said.

Axelrod asked "whether she's trying to send a signal to her supporters that anything goes."

Axelrod called on Clinton to drop Ferraro from her finance committee.

"When you wink and nod at offensive statements you're really sending a signal to your supporters that anything goes," he said.

He also responded to a question about Clinton spokesman Howard Wolfson, who he described as a friend.

"He has assumed a kind of junkyard dog role in this campaign," he said
