About a dozen senior campaign staffers for Rudy Giuliani are forgoing their January paychecks, a sign of possible money trouble for the Republican presidential candidate and last year's national front-runner.

Stick a fork in one trick Rudy.

Giuliani Loses His National Finance Chair

It's not a good sign that Giuliani's senior staff have decided to work without paychecks, and there is no way to spin it otherwise. The amount of money that's involved is miniscule: about $50,000 per month.

So the campaign must really have a cash on hand problem. Breaking News: Giuliani's national finance chair, Roy Bailey, no longer has that position with the campaign. Bailey was not only Giuliani's finance chair, he was one of the founding partners of Giuliani's consulting firm.

Maybe they can get campaign materials at the 911-cent store.

Crying worked for Hillary. Maybe this will work for Rudy.

The only practical value of a the modern presidential campaign system is to prove that the candidate can build and manage a multimillion dollar organization. I guess Rudy can't.

I didn't even realize he was still in the race.

He is unelectable anyways so it don't matter if he had money.

Man bet that felt good member I wish I had said it first.

I try to not say much about the GOP candidates... they'll select their's and we will select our's...

but this guy is a 911 ass and the sooner he's out of there the better !

All repubs are failures. He is just one of many.

Maybe he could use funds from the NYC coffers and use elaborate accounting to hide it until he's elected president.

Rudy who?

Crying worked for Hillary. Maybe this will work for Rudy.

He already tried. When asked about Clinton, RudiG said "I cried more at 9-11 victims funerals". I'm not making that up, either.

And Bowa has announced some great deals at RudiG's thong-athon. His n'hers Rudy loves Judy thongs at half price.

Open letter to Rudy:

You suck. Go away.

Signed,

America

The personal fortune he made from stumping his 9/11 speeches would be enough to push him throught he upcoming primaries. From there, he either puts up or shuts up.

I sense he is looking at a losing proposition and not inclined to put his money where his mouth is as a result.

At least with Bloomberg or ol' Ross Perot you knew they believed in what they were saying.

Rudy doesn't believe in anything, other than what it will take to keep him from slipping into obscurity, so long as someone else pays for it.

Regards,
etc.

It's kind of a shame, I was hoping the wide field of unelectable candidates was going to help drain Republican donors. They do seem unwilling to put up the coin this go around.

Of course, that will change once the general election starts.
