Kindasleazy Rice is blocking the truth from getting out there huh?? Why am I NOT Surprized!!!!!!!

Larry

Vegas is running a book on whether Bush can get out of office before the Iraq War disaster and all the contractor corruption associated with it comes crashing down on his head. Not to mention Katrina, habeas corpus, torture, Gitmo etc etc.

He is a prohibitive favorite to do so. If it were an NFL game the line would be about -17. To continue the football analogy he's playing a reverse with Hillary and we need Obama at safety to prevent the touchdown.

Congratulations all you Republican Vush voters. Ain't you proud????

Drip, drip, drip .....

The best thing that could happen is for all of this to dribble out slowly, and reach a peak next summer - or better yet - next fall.

This a prime reason to explain why there is no move to impeach Bush or anyone else on the part of the dem leadership. Let them hang themselves. I just hope I don't get so emabarrassed for the blind bush defenders that I am unable to openly mock them.

Calif Chris and have posted this link several times. Any American should be angry as hell that this is how our tax dollars are going to waste without accountability (only $6 million recovered out of tens of billions):

The Great Iraq Swindle

Hey is a Vush supporter one of those that support hairy Vaginal Bushes?? Just curious.

Larry

Vush voters, Danni? I know it's a typo but for them it sounds just right. Wing, that is. Like nut, but.......

The Great Iraq Swindle, Baghdad Year Zero, Imperial Life in the Emerald City and the movie No End in Sight will be just a few of the very many similar and essential source documents when the history of this disastrous presidency is written.

Congratulations all you Republican Vush voters. Ain't you proud????

........pallet-fulls of cash....taken over in big transport planes .........

........a week after they are turned over to the Iraqis , the money can no longer be accounted for.........

.........another nail in the coffin of America's age of empire.......

Anyone who EVER criticized Clinton's lie-about-a-blowjob and can support this bunch uncritically is an absolute TOOL, and can't be taken seriously.

In the meantime, the stream of revelations of sleaze, slime, coverup, and incompetence is coming at a slightly fast pace - I'd to assume a wider stance and take more time to fully explore and savor each one.

Did you vote for Vush WISGOD??

Bote for Vush!

Yah gotta give it to Henry. He's really a bulldog with a bone. Like the dog in that kid's picture where they try to get the ball back Six Ways to Sunday. (that's not the name of the movie, I just want to Cap the phrase)

The difference is, it's the Bad Dogs who have the balls, and Henry is putting the squeeze on the sleaze.

Good thing this isn't China or we'd be paving an express lane to the firing squad, and probably getting overcharged for it.

Kudos to The Honorable Henry Waxman.

Read the article, and Bush was never mentioned until the last paragraph, and in another context.

But a Bush headline is more certain to get the DR hysterics going a lot faster than a Condoleeza one. So good job!

The buck stops somewhere else , I guess.

What do You expect out of a Bushite midiman?? Accontability bwhahahahahahah Pulease they too immature for dat. bwhahahahahahhahaha

Larry

Exactly what I thought after reading RiR's post, Midiman. I mean, is it only the Bush Administration "in name?" No responsibility at all.

OzarkAggie Kudos to The Honorable Henry Waxman.

Agreed.

Rightiswrong tries the deflection and fails.

Thanks for playing though.

How is corruption in Iraq a national security secret? Wouldn't corrupt Iraqi officials be considered an enemy, considering they are undermining us? Do the morons in charge really think the enemy is unaware of their own activities?

Unless the American public is the enemy, I can't see one reason to hide this information.

Hey, don't think small! Maybe Waxman should just go after Bush directly! And maybe the authors of these pieces should just let you guys edit the headlines for them.

Funny. When reading about the illegal campaign contributions last week, I didn't see a headline on here that said, "Hillary Clinton Pursues Illegal Donor Dollars"--you guys just assumed that her denials were all that had to be said on the matter.

So what flavor is the Kool-Aid today?

But let's see what Hillary is doing with her campaign contributiuons right? What flavor is your Kool-aide?

The only defense we ever hear from Republican Shills is that the Democrats do it too. Sorry guys, two wrongs don't make a right. Furthermore the scale of BushCo corruption is unprecedented. Worse yet, the hairbrained scheming and waste hasn't just accomplished nothing, it has lost us the hearts and minds of the rest of the world.

With all thats happened in the last 6 year, who is surprised by this?

Actually RightisTrite it is more fun chipping away at his base... you know the haves and the have mores laughing about him not finding any WMDs... are you surprised he has a contingent of them in Iraq?

Damn RIR you are so correct. It's not as if stifling decent has been common during the last 6 years. LOL

As well would George Bush actually be doing the work?

Not likely I agree. Just where does the buck stop?

""But a Bush headline is more certain to get the DR hysterics going a lot faster than a Condoleeza one.""

Yeah, cuz she doesn't even work for the president and he isn't aware of her attempts to prevent the investigation.....

I guess it is hard being a right wing tool these days.

Condosleezy was the one reputzes where carrying on their shoulders towards being the first woman prezeedunt. I am so fucking amazed at how this administrayshun has screwed abused and tattooed highly qualified brown-nosers that did their bidding.

Bushskank, you have a good point. Many a good american has been tainted by this administration.

Who is Condoleezza Rice?

It rings a bell.

I cant believe these are the people that are worried about Hillary Clinton taking over. Well at least now it makes sense. They have made such a mess of things and thought the party would never end. Every time I read a far right rant against the Clinton's I just think of things like this and wish they would at least live up to there standards and morals. No one and I mean no one Not Bill Clinton not Jimmy Carter not even Richard Nixon has screwed this county up like Bush / Cheney. They keep saying that history will judge them and they are right if anything they are being judge to easy right now. That will all change

I cant believe these are the people that are worried about Hillary Clinton taking over.

Yeah, just like it when the whistle blower lose their job under Bush but end up DEAD under clinton.

I hate that!

Bill Clinton killed who ???

Bill Clinton killed who ???

Before you start all of your praise, start looking up some things, or you're just as bad as the Reponazi followers here on the DR.

Bill Clinton killed who? save the name calling for others here it doesnt work on me

I know who gave him a BJ but dont know who he Killed

thats what I thought

Proven kills? Compare Clinton to Bush:

No contest.

And Karl Rove and Dick Cheney are enjoying a Crown Royal together.

Everything about this presidency has been mapped out since day one. Not everything has gone there way, however, a large enough percentage of things have to where the American public are the fools.

Let's post a Vegas style bet or poll:

How many presidential pardons will be signed by 43?

And for who specifically will they be written?

Can you pardon a corporation? Maybe in the near future...

Wow!!!

Ain't this a new one?

Bush covering up corruption in his fiasco's.

Free the world of this maniac.

Beat the crowd and impeach now.

JUST DO IT!!!

Simple Question:

Can Bush do anything right? Ever?

This is incredible...I have never seen a president this incompetent, and an administration this corrupt, in my life.

Is this the same General who's telling us he's doing a surgerific job?

As President Bush and Democratic challenger Sen. John Kerry clashed in late 2004 over the direction of the Iraq war, a rising Army star joined the debate. Then-Lt. Gen. David Petraeus, head of a new command overseeing the training and equipping of Iraq's security forces, said headway was being made.

Tens of thousands of rifles, pistols, body armor, vehicles, and radios, along with millions of ammunition rounds, had been delivered to Iraqis over a three-month period, he wrote in a commentary for The Washington Post six weeks before the presidential election.

The weapons and countless pieces of other gear, paid for with tens of millions of U.S. tax dollars, were indeed flowing -- but as it turns out, not always to the right places or into the right hands.

In the rush to arm Iraqi forces against a violent insurgency, U.S. military officials did not keep good records. About 190,000 weapons weren't fully accounted for, according to one audit.

Funny. When reading about the illegal campaign contributions last week, I didn't see a headline on here that said, "Hillary Clinton Pursues Illegal Donor Dollars"--you guys just assumed that her denials were all that had to be said on the matter.

....and what what your opinion regarding the Bush donor trying to get oil contracts with the kurds instead of the Iraq govt Bush keeps touting??

Calif Chris and have posted this link several times. Any American should be angry as hell that this is how our tax dollars are going to waste without accountability (only $6 million recovered out of tens if not hundreds of billions):

THE GREAT IRAQ SWINDLE

Erik Prince (content.hamptonroads.com)
-- Spoiled rich boy from upperclass Michigan, where he was always told he was better than everybody else. He wanted to play army and had strings pulled to get him in the Naval Academy. Once there, he decided he wasn't getting his a$$ kissed enough, and he had to "werk too hard", so he quit.

Then he goes to super-conservative Hillsdale College, where his elitist, extremist self image is allowed to thrive.

Then back to the recruiters office, where he gets into the Navy as an officer. Not able to hack the real thing, he leaves before his initial obligation is over, and then decided to become CEO of his own mercenary army. The billionaire Devos (Amway) family and his hook up: his sister marries a Devos scion. The rest is history -- Dubya and Cheney appreciate the Devos contributions that they give Erik Prince a $732 million security and training contract. A former CIA official joins the company, and Erik Prince just proves to his classmates the sad truthe -- He was too good for those pond scum midshipmen!

Truth is stranger than fiction!

Proof that cronyism is more important to the Bush Adnimistration than competence. What a bunch of criminals..

Went to the link on Erik Prince - does it really say this or am I losing it?

I guess Erik missed the message on their own website :
Proverbs 22:9
King James Version (KJV)

9'He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed;
for he giveth of his bread to the poor.

Instead, he stealeth from his people.
