Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

Republican presidential candidate and NRA member Fred Thompson walked through rows of assault rifles, pistols and other firearms, signing autographs and greeting people at a Florida gun show Saturday. "It's good to be among friends. I've been to a lot of shows like this," Thompson said.

Ah Yes!!! The republiklan equivalent of kissing babies. Way to go Freddy!!!

Did he have his Guccis on? A rented Glock? Maybe in an armani holster?

Did he pick up any gifts for his Lybian terrorist clients?

Considering that Giuliani is anti-second amendment, this is a plus for Thompson.

If Thompson went to a gay parade and pranced down the street naked with a buttplug up his ass

Wishful thinking eh, Mr. You?

Ness,

I'm guessing Mr. You has a secret "wide stance", if you know what I mean. All these closet cases are obsessed with everything anal.

Hopefully before getting up to speak, everyone is reminded to rotate their selector switches to "safe". It would be dangerous to have dozens of people falling asleep and tumbling to the floor with their weapons locked-and-cocked.

just read the above posts for more great examples of liberal homophobia.
They pretend to champion the queers and say its an acceptable lifestyle and not a devient choice, but as soon as a liberal suspects gayism in a republican they begin an attack of vicious homophobic gay-bashing.

sorry for the hijack, back to the original thread which will degenerate into bashing all law-abiding white people who own guns.

You know what they say...

Throw a rock at a pack of dogs, the one that yelps is the one who got hit.

Fuckyou doesn't get it. It's not the gayness we bash, it's the hypocrisy of a party that hates queers but hides the most of them.

bullshit. Liberals hate homosexuals (and blacks and Jews). Last week when that toilet senator was in the news, it was nothing but fag this and homo that. At the same time you were making fag jokes, you had the nerve to get all sanctimonious and condemn Jerry Lewis from your ivory towers for using the word fag.

Yeah, I hate gays, blacks, and jews, fuckyou. Ya got me pegged. I hate gay black jews the most, though.

People were making gay jokes about craig because he pushed homophobic legislation, plus they knew the gay jokes would piss off you righty tighty jackoffs.

I don't remember Jerry Lewis supporting a Constitutional Amendment outlawing Gay Marriage. I don't remember when Jerry Lewis belonged to a group that places Homosexuals as second class citizens while being Gay Himself. I don't remember Jerry Lewis condemning Homosexuals while at the very same time trolling Airport restrooms looking for Gay sex.

Larry

I do, however, remember the hang-over scene in "The Nutty Professor", damn, that was some funny shit...and I'm not even French.

thompson catching up?:>)

Well said.

Nothing brightens up a Gun Show like a phalanx of Feds with wires in their ears. I'm sure that really made the sellers' day.

If Thompson went to a gay parade and pranced down the street naked with a buttplug up his ass, all the liberals would say what a progressive enlighten man he is.

No, they would say he was pandering. No matter what a Republican does, it's evil. And if he does the opposite, then that's evil too.

Just don't call the Liberals hypocrites.

"a Constitutional Amendment outlawing Gay Marriage"

No such thing. Never has been. The bills that a majority of states have passed have all defined marriage as a union between a man or a woman.

They never mention queers.

Just don't call the Liberals hypocrites.

If I am being hypocritical, by all means call me a hypocrite.

Just don't call me a Republican.

I'll never be that.

God hates Republicans more than he hates fags.
Read it in the bible..it's there!!!

Well, well. Whadda know? It's election time.

Time for Fred to pull the jeans and checkered shirt out, dust the moth balls off, start the pickup that he hasn't driven in 10 years and put on his 'good 'ol boy' phony baloney act.

Pssst Fred...don't forget to take off the Gucci tassled loafers next time you show up at a country fair. Wouldn't want anyone to think you've been lobbying and living in D.C. for 30 years wouldya?

Good grief what simple-minded drivel.

Of course, with a name like fuckyou, he'd have to be a dick.

"a Constitutional Amendment outlawing Gay Marriage...No such thing. Never has been. "

Ah, Vernon, wrong again. The Republicans tried, which was the point of the post. Why is it you can't remember all the way back to the last election cycle? Is Fred Thompson wearing off on you?

A reformat of Bani's post it made it look like only 7% thought Ron Paul had good conservative credentials. When we all know he has the best creds. :)

If I was one of these gun show folk listening to Thompson speak, the first question I would ask would be,
How can the party that supports Bush's trashing of the 4th Amemdment even pretend to care about the 2nd Amendment?

Where do you think the War on Terror is going? The surrender of minor freedoms, the increased monitoring.

If the Virginia Tech shooting had been done by Al-Queda, how long do you think the government would let you keep your guns? Before they say that it's in the interest of national security to get rid of the guns?

I support the 2nd Amendment, and I think it's pandering to the highest degree for the GOP to go to a gun show when they don't tenaciously defend the Constitution.

gun shows are awesome. Anyone who thinks otherwise can go to the mall on Saturday instead.

If Thompson went to a gay parade and pranced down the street naked with a buttplug up his ass, all the liberals would say what a progressive enlighten man he is.

No, we'd wonder why he was pretending to be Rudy Guiliani...

But seriously, seeing a naked Fred would be one of the best abstinence tools out there.

The Republicans tried, which was the point of the post.

Ahh, Danny, wrong as usual. Queers are never mentioned in these bills. If you read the text instead of the online screeching you'd know that all the bills do is define marriage.

"Marriage in the United States shall consist only of the union of a man and a woman. Neither this Constitution or the constitution of any State, nor state or federal law, shall be construed to require that marital status or the legal incidents thereof be conferred upon unmarried couples or groups.

And they pass overwhelmingly -- far more votes than there are Conservatives or Republicans, which means that plenty of clear-minded Liberals and Democrats also vote in favor of a definition of marriage.

As you can see, Queers are never mentioned.

Yeah, so if they made a law that says the Bill of Rights applies to everyone not named Vermin, he'd have no problem with that.

I seem to remember Cary (the war hero) doing the same thing in a duck blind in the midwest. So what's your point?

Mr. F. You is surely a worthy new team mate for Bowa, Oorah, Sniper and the rest. but Mr. You has a way to go in the grammar/spelling/syntax department. I know that Mr. You will have a reply to this comment. His name. herm

You mean Cary Grant?...Oh, maybe with your dizzying intellect, you meant JOHN KERRY.

Never been to a gun show or a knife show. I don't hunt, fish, camp or hike. Do I have to quit the Rep party?

Be careful.

Romney only hunted twice and hey were all over his ass for mot having enough kills....or it could have been that he lied about it.

Are you claiming that Bush didn't TWICE run on a campaign PROMISE to amend to the constitution to ban gay marriage?

Think before you answer. It's a simple question.

"We really have nobody that we would consider a 100 percent pro-gun candidate running," said Smith, who acknowledged that some of Thompson's votes came on issues that were "borderline anti-gun issues."

Obviously this guy doesnt know who Ron Paul is.

I suppose a constitutional amendment defining marriage as man-woman only is the same as outlawing same sex-marriage. This amendment is as unlikely as any amendment giving private citizens a "right" to own guns.

One does allow state militias. It has been as misinterpreted as he Onan fable that popes use to rail against contraceptives. herm
