One of the CIA's top spooks has come out of the shadows. Jose Rodriguez, who heads the National Clandestine Service, had his cover lifted about a month ago so he could publicly participate in minority recruitment events and retire later this year after more than three decades with the agency.

On August 8th, 2007, the Associated Press reported on Jose Rodriguez's upcoming retirement. The article mentions his Wikipedia entry having been made prior to the "decloaking" of his identity and that the entry contains "inaccuracies." No firm date for retirement has been revealed

When asked by a reporter if CIA officers where required to carry a badge, Rodriguez replied, "Badges! badges! We don't need no stinking badges!".

thats the only major one ive heard of and it was pretty clear that the judge thought no others could follow but i may be wrong.

does a post have to have a :) for you to understand it is a joke?

however she could have let it blow over and it would have ended long ago but she did not. instead it went on to make a mountain out of a molehill. it may not have been all that kosher but it went on too long. I wont tell her what her motives were but i think her civil suit makes them clear.
