Most US presidents would have jumped at the chance of a Russian president coming to visit them to try to work out a deal about arms control, but not GWB. He effectively turned his back on diplomacy again and opted to create yet another enemy. Who put him in charge anyway? Oh, that's right, his daddy's buddies in the Supreme Court!!! Is this a sick joke, or what? A six grader could have been a better diplomat. Did you see the way he slapped him on the back like they were old buddies....how embarrassing!!!

The Russians are simply following their own best interests....

Hopefully a new US president will repair the various treaties with Russia.
