Uhh, yeah! Republican politcians are whores by definition. The immigration bill that died this week proves that Bush and Congress -- regardless of party -- are all a bunch of whores: to corporate interests and also percieved votes.

Neither side cared one whit about America, but both were trying to suck up to Hispanics with an eye on 2008.

It's worth mentioning that it was Conservatives (not the same as Republicans) that raised so much Hell that this vile bill died.
