O'Reilly is one scary dude. If I remember correctly from a Washington Journal program I watched once, one element of fascism the downplaying of intelectualism. O'Reilly calls people he disagrees with "pinheads' and he doesn't care for calm reasoned discusions about issues. Now it's one thing to have a little theater to keep the audience watching, but O'Reilly sometimes gets way out of line. And what's worse, a few weeks ago there was a lady on the show from an anti-war organization and at the end he told her that she was hysterical! I could not believe it! O'Reilly is one of the most hysterical people i know and yet he felt like insulting a woman by calling her hysterical when she was calmly trying to explain her point of view. That was a new low even for O'Reilly and now this ..... Stay tune folks, it will get worse.

What if there wasn't a political problem with illegal immigration? Say, only a couple thousand people crossed the border annually and so it wasn't an issue. Would it still matter that the guy was an illegal immigrant? Would it have mattered if it were a German dude that entered the country illegally? No, it would have been a case of drunk driving and that person's being an illegal would have been a side note. Geraldo is right (surprisingly): Bill (and people like him) is making it more political than it should be. rable, rable, rable, rable...

I think it is both. It is undisputable that if our immigration laws were obeyed, this guy wouldnt have been in the country and those girls would have been alive. It is also fact that if this guy hadnt driven drunk and hit them, they would also be alive. This guy violated several of our laws. He should have never been in the country...period

It was refreshing though to see two talented debaters going at it in a no holds barred argument about an important issue. They may both be assholes, but there is no denying that they are both articulate and strong advocates when push comes to shove. I think it is the closest I have seen Fox to being Fair And Balanced.

O'Ral-ly is right - this guy has had multiple DUIs as well as identity theft-- he should have been booted back to his home Country a long time ago. It's not a right to come across the border illegally, and it's unfair for taxpayers to have to pay for border patrol and have 98 percent of those caught not prosecuted.
