Does anyone know if Democrats are hammering away at Corker with this information in their ads? I would certainly think this might cost him so votes if it gets enough circulation...

When it comes to issues of privacy, the number one argument I hear over and over is, "people who don't have any thing to hide shouldn't worry about it".

Ok...so the same logic applies here. What's good for one is good for the other. If he doesn't have anything to hide, why shouldn't he be more open?

I live in Nashville. Bob Corker doesn't want to release his tax returns for two reasons:

1. It's rumored by those in the know that he didn't pay ANY income tax for two of those years

2. He's almost as wealthy as Bill Frist, our retiring senator, who's family started HMO's and hospital chains that make billions (while denying coverage to their HMO members to make huge profits). Bill Frist....the one who introduced making it illegal for Medicare to even negotiate drug prices from the pharmaceutical corporations. (How greedy can they get?)

Bob Corker....more of the same old same old ultra rich guy running for Congress for his ego's sake (and to line the pockets of his buddies).

Howard Dean will emerge as the new Democratic guru after the Nov. election. He won't though be a viable candidate for president. The Dems aren't spooked but the Republicans are looking for homes back in their home states.

Danni no they aren't repubs won't give up that easily. Besides there are always places for ex-congresspeople to become lobbyists.

The media loves a horse race. The last thing they want is everyone snapping off the TV at 10pm with the election over.
They would kill for every single race to turn into a Bush-Gore 2000 slugfest with races too close to call, hanging chads, lawsuits, viewers on the edge of their seats for days, you name it.
That article flies in the face of all reality, and exists solely to keep people tuned into the race.

There are polls out today showing the Dems with leads to pick up 27 house seats. The Dems will pick up their 16.
Hell, Webb and Ford are both leading in their lates polls in VA and TN. There is a tidal wave comming.
