Giving them the troop strength to achieve the objective.

Having a plan to secure weapons that could be stolen and used to make IED's.

Having a plan to secure the nation after the victory.

Fraid not... Currently Bin Laden is hiding in the Dir Valley of Pakistan... Almost unreachable.... The only way we can get him there is to find out the exacy house he is in and bomb it... Tha pakistani army wont even enter the Dir valley...

The way to the valley is littered with the bodies of western Mercenary types who thought they could find and capture Bin Laden...

Bodies hang from the trees along the road with notes tied to them to discourage anyone from making the same mistake...
