That is a horrible plan. Never mind the fact that it would leave one group with all the northern oil, one group with all the southern oil, and the group in the middle with none... that alone would be enough to shred the place to pieces. Talk about destabilizing the region. Then you would have the Turks decimating the Kurds and Iran coming in to clean the rest up and pretty much assimilate Iraq.

Personally I think Bush has been dropping the ball on a lot of things and will be happy to see a change in the next Presidential election. However I have yet to see anything to convince me that the Democrats have a better plan. A plan is not just saying "we will work to win the war in Iraq" or "we will help Iraq get on its feet". It is saying "we will do it and this is HOW."

So far all they seem to do is tell you what they want to do and forget to tell us how they plan to do it. Most times they seem to forget to even tell us what they want to do and rely on "Republican's are evil, vote for us."
