Neither of these buffoons has credibility.

Hell, neither party has any credibility anymore.

Credibility? We don't need no stinking credibility. We own the world and your sorry ass, get used to it, and if you do not like it, then go f*%$ yourself.

One of them has no credibility because under his leadership his party has failed to stand up to the bullies on the other side.

The "president" has no credibility because he lied our country into a unnecessary war costing billions, delivering nothing but coffins to our shores.

In addition, he has established an administration based on fantasy which celebrates incompetence.

Take your choice.

So Reid is just now noticing that Shrub & Co have no credibility? Where has HE been for the past 5 years? A few of the democrats are finally finding a backbone...too little, too late! If they had stood and yelled FOUL two years ago maybe we wouldn't be in the mess we are today. The whole lof of them in Washington make me sick.

The more you read and observe about this Politics thing, you got to admit that each party is worse than the other. The one that's out always looks the best.

This isn't news... except to some.

"So Reid is just now noticing that Shrub & Co have no credibility? Where has HE been for the past 5 years?"

Ruining his own of course.

Duh.

Bush never had any credibility. Ever. America and particularly the Republican and Democrat parties USED to have credibility. But not since they allowed Bush to become President. Twice.

Bush has reverse credibility. If he says something, the opposite is probably true.

Vernon, that has to be the post of the day! My praise, envy and adoration! Keep up the good work!

Vernon-

That's funny, but obviously way over the head of most of the posters here.

I'm just waiting to see where CalChris falls on this one, given his hatred of all illegal immigrants.

Bush Has No Credibility?

"America's credibility must not be squandered, especially by its leaders" - - Henry Kissinger.

Who cares about Bush's credibility? It's American credibility I see slipping away. Squandered. Bush is "gone" in three years. The rest of us are stuck with the legacy he'll leave behind.

Hey, pot, meet kettle. Kettle, you're black.

Hey I just bought a Red pot and Kettle what happens then ??

Larry

Hey pot, meet kettle. Kettle, you're red.

Vernon,
I admit, that is funny...yes it is obvious that Bush has no credibility and Reid isnt the first one to say it. The worst part of this, whether you are left, right or middle, Repub or Dem or Green or Libertarian is that we are less safe because of his lack of credibility both at home and abroad.

Because of lies (yes, c'mon...everyone knows he lied, mislead, hid information....you may believe that he did it because he thought it was in the best interest of the country...
others may think he did it because he thought it was in the best interest of haliburton...but he did lie and mislead the american public and lied and mislead in statements to the UN and the world).

Becaude of these lies, N.Korea, Iran and other areas that may need action will go without because of that lack of credibility...and because of incompetence. We may need to do something with Iran, but very few in this country trust him as the one who can lead us in doing it competently....or in keeping the homeland safe as well.

Its a very sad state of affairs...and the Bush Administration has no one to blame but themselves.

I look at the puling whiny knee-jerk defensiveness of Bush in this way:

If you really, really, really had something important to do, and there was no babysitter around aside from Jeffery Dahmer, the Republifundies are saying that yes, you would trust him, because he is the babysitter you have, not the babysitter you would like to have.

So, no matter what possible threats face our nation, it is abundantly clear that the incompetant criminals leading our nation are NOT the people to trust.

Hell, you wanted people to rally around the president: look at what happened post-9/11! Bush HAD the entire country behind him, and he ended up losing it ALL. Because, instead of doing what was right for America, he still went ahead and did what he wanted done, and what would provide the most payout for his special interest groups.

WORST president EVER, by far.

its amazing how the Republifundies here have to stroke each other off so much. For a group that hates 'teh gaez' so much, you guys sure love the circle jerk.

I was going to observe his comment wasn't even praiseworthy, but seeing as you guys still think Bush is a great president, it is clear the meter you use for 'great werks' is pretty whacked.

Neither of these buffoons has credibility.

Just suck him off and get it over with. Republicfuck Mountain!

Reid commenting no credibility. What a laugh riot.

At least he picked a target with zero credibility.(bush) he still sucks, though.

"My praise, envy and adoration!"

Don't forget your tongue :P up his ass.

:(

actually he has less than zero.

BTW Porter, I think you're wanted in the 90 Sunnis killed in 2 days thread.

Biscuit,

I find it hillariously funny that you would use the words of "Deep Throat" himself to support your argument. Who has less creditability than either The Shrub or the Jellyfish (since Reid obviously has never had a backbone)?

A guy who betrayed his own office and his own President just to save his own skin.

As much as I revile The Shrub, he at least has the courage of his convictions, even being the coward that he is. Kissassinger is the lowest form of slime there is. Every time I hear his voice I want to puke. He destroyed a man who was a great President.

When people attack Nixon, it always reminds me of the ending scene of The Caine Mutiny. When defense attorney Greenwald asks the just found not guilty mutineers "If you supported Capt. Queeg when he sought your help do you think that you would have had to take over the ship during the storm? Lt Marek answers No."

If Kissinger had done his job and supported Nixon the way he is supposed to instead of undercutting him and conspiring against him there would never have been a reason for Watergate to happen.

Everyone chooses to forget that Nixon had reason for what he did at Watergate, though not right to do so. The 1960 Presidency was stolen from him by the Dems, specifically Mayor Richard Daley of Chicago who withheld the ballot count until he knew how many were needed to steal Illinois for Kennedy. So Nixon never forgot that he was cheated out of the Oval Office.

Illegal behavior is never a justification for illegal behavior. Something every Republifundie seems to forget.

Amazing how they claim to be the "morality party", but always the first to provide funding to terrorists and criminals.

Rather than rigging elections, wiretapping offices, etc, maybe Nixon should have focused on cleaning up the corruption.

Nah, that would have been too much 'hard werk'.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!

Sorry, I have to do that everytime some whackjob refers to Nixon as a great president.

Go Republitards!
Almost a century of failed leadership... but who's counting!

yeah sure reid says this.....

does anyone else see that pot and the kettle.....

"does anyone else see that pot and the kettle"

Yep, in almost every one of your posts!!

Did I miss something, or wasn't G-man Mark Felt "deep-throat".

"He destroyed a man who was a great President."

Whoa. Someone else in this room suddenly "has no credibility".

Bad politics

Democrats leave harsh bill's fangs intact

April 14, 2006

You have to hand it to Democrats in Congress. If you're not concerned about leadership or honesty or consistency, and if all you care about are slick and deceitful maneuvers that make you look good while making your opponents look bad, then this bunch is for you.

They proved it on immigration reform. And, in this case, "they" includes two Democrats from the San Diego area Reps. Bob Filner and Susan Davis.

It goes back to December when both Republicans and Democrats in the House of Representatives approved the enforcement-only bill crafted by House Judiciary Committee Chairman James F. Sensenbrenner, R-Wisc., and Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y.

You can believe what you choose. But, unfortunately, we consider it just as likely that the reason the House leadership urged members such as Davis and Filner to vote against changing a felony to a misdemeanor and the real reason that the members did as they were told was pure politics. Democrats must have known that Republicans had just given birth to a monster of a bill, and they had no interest in taking the fangs out.

That makes some amount of political sense, but it doesn't make for a very compelling argument, and it certainly doesn't make the Democrats out to be saints as they've been pretending to be on this issue. After all, they weren't just playing politics. They were playing with people's lives.

DDDUUHHHHHHHH! No understatement there!

Electing a Democrate will not eliminate government of, by and for the Corporation. But, the Awful Truth is that there is no other short term alternative.

(((Reid: Bush Has No Credibility)))

Yawn.

Wow, big news, breaking story, Front page--- A democrat says that Bush has no Credibility!!!!

Yawn.

I'm going back to bed.

"I'm going back to bed."

Do the world a favor and stay there.
