Even if you believe the other guy over Moussaoui, auditioning to be one of the 9/11 pilots and failing still makes him part of the conspiracy. He's guilty. And not being a good enough terrorist to to fly a plane does not make someone too bad a terrorist to carry a bomb into a crowded area or fire a gun into a crowd. Being stupid does not make Moussaoui useless to Al Queda, it makes him a very dangerous pawn.

Moussaoui has been convicted of conspiracy with regard to the 9/11 attacks. If you don't like that, take it up with the judge and jury that found him so. In the meantime, felony murder allows those that are convicted of ANY felony in connection with a murder to be charged with the murders themselves. Deal with it.

Read my post again, idiot. Did I say he was definitely the 20th hijacker? I said the story that he wanted to be a hijacker and didn't make it could be true. But even in that case, he's part of the conspiracy.
