Can you say "stem cells"?
I thought you could!

Yes, I bet stem cells had an effect on this. Glad to see it may be finally paying off..

There's a long line of post-childbirth women that would pay for anew bladder, that's for sure.

Clone your own specialized cells and assemble them on a frame.
In this case a bladder.

Matter is made up of atoms, some, those of iron (Fe) and lighter, were made in the earliest stars. As they died out and exploded, heavier elements formed.
This is as well understood as high school chemistry.
If I recall correctly earth condensed in the third phase of this process.
Since Earth is roughly 5 billion years old and the observable universe 13.7 or so billion years, thats reasonable.

We are stardust, billion year old carbon...
(& billions)

Science is evil. All good Republifundies need to abstain from stem cell treatments, since it interferes with God's will.

What Shall It Profit A Man To Gain The Whole World And Lose His Soul

Since Earth is roughly 5 billion years old and the observable universe 13.7 or so billion years, thats reasonable.

The Earth is only 18 years old. The Bible says so.

"This suggests that tissue engineering may one day [[when Bush is no longer the President] be a solution to the shortage of donor organs in this country for those needing transplants."

Seriously, this would go a long way in helping with the current problem of a patient's body often rejecting the donor organ. Well, three more years of the "incurious" Bush in office and then American medicine can step back in to the 21st century and really get started on stem cell research.

You ugly bags of mostly water.

Yesterday I took a picture of a small, flying insect as it approached the entrance to a rose. I used a 280mm lens at 5 feet and cropped it tightly in the print.

Little shit looks like he's going caving.

JUST SOME GUY

"This suggests that tissue engineering may one day be a solution to the shortage of donor organs in this country for those needing transplants,"

Did you see the Soprano's last night when Tony was in the hospital and that far right Evangelical preacher came into his room and tried to tell Tony the earth was only 6000 years old -- 'cause that's what the Bible said -- so dinosaurs and people must have lived together on earth at the same time? Tony's look was priceless.

Getting your bladder fixed seems like small beans to having a back that never fused properly. But, if it keeps you from wearing diapers at age 16, I'd call it a success.

Go Technology!

Whoops! I cut and pasted the wrong quote. Here's your quote I was responding in my 10:12 p.m post --

Science is evil. All good Republifundies need to abstain from stem cell treatments, since it interferes with God's will.

Jessica Lynch -- the 19 year old supply driver in Iraq -- lost use of her bladder from her injuries. That poor kid will be suffering from multiple injuries her whole life -- thanks to Bush.

CHRIS: DELAY QUITS THE RACE

And to think the professor from Texas wants to wipe out all of this with ebola .
Can you imagine a world with 20 billion people ? You can imagine what will be on the menu , madcow disease wiping out steaks , where be the beef ? The aviary flu wiping out foul , won't be tasting like chicken ! And the 3rd world fishing the oceans clean , global warming , steaming all the vegatation , what will be left ?

SOYLENT Purple !

A wonderful story-fantastic

"it interferes with God's will"

That's what they said about Ben Franklin's lightning rod.

How odd -- I was just pondering what a rebuilt bladder would cost.
