Arizona sheriff and Republican Congressional candidate Paul Babeu, a tough-on-illegal-immigration politician who outed himself as gay after a news story revealed his three-year relationship with a Mexican, could face charges of harboring an illegal immigrant, a prominent immigration attorney told TPM. Babeu's ex Jose Orozo told CNN he had a "10-year, US tourist visa," but attorney David Leopold said it's highly unlikely Orozco would have been allowed to stay in the U.S. with a tourist visa for three to six years. "Bottom line is there is no way he had authorization to be here for 10 years. I can tell you that right now," Leopold said.
