A 53-year-old man was arrested Saturday after allegedly attacking a worker who pepper sprayed him outside the Tower of Terror ride at Disney Land California Adventure Park in Anaheim. Glenn Horlacher was arrested on charges of battery and assault. A YouTube video shows him hitting a worker and being sprayed several times, then being held on the ground by several park visitors.

So much for Mickey Mouse Security...

Well now, that was the last trip he will ever take to the Tragic Kingdom.

Dude didn't think the "Tower of Terror" was scary enough.

Poor Moder8. The old fucker swings like a rusty gate.

THERE'S KIDS HERE!

rawwwwwk

THERE'S KIDS HERE!

screeeeeech

I wish someone would have popped the annoying bitch.

What, a knockdown, dragout brawl in the happiest place on Earth????

Disneyland has nothing on DisneyWorld. And yes, Mickey Mouse has better protection than the President. You can imagine the gay person in that suit cant even walk outside without being mobbed. So when the gender neutral person went to the bathroom, it had like several armed men in suits to guard them.

This video shows clearly why Afkababble should stick to liberries.

"Our security cast member was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for the injuries he sustained and then released," according to a statement released by the park on Monday. "We appreciate the actions of the guests who came to his aid during this uncharacteristic incident."

The cast member dressed like a bellboy?

This is a lawsuit.

Assault and battery by the pepper spray guy, the lack of security to keep the other visitors off of him.

And that screaming witch for directing people to assault him.

The video is incomplete and shows only these folks all ganging up on the guy.

Disney has no control over matters involving security.

Where was Hercules? The Beast? Captain Hook??

Your johns were too busy flashing Minnie Mouse, you stupid whore.

Should'a went to Magic Mountain.

I wish someone would have popped the annoying bitch.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Would have laughed my ass off if the guy had stopped pepper spraying fatso to give her a face full.

Dude, just let it out. It's OK that you like men. It's who you are.

It's better to just let it out, go through a little pain now when your wife realizes that's why you always begged to put it in her butt and be happier in the long run than to hold it in and be arrested in some drug sting high on meth with a male hooker's cock in your mouth when the cops break in the door.

Learn from your fellow Republican closeted homos. We know what your protestations actually mean, it's about time you realize it too.

I smoked a joint on Tom Sawyers island once.

Then did the haunted house

So cool.

Brought a hitter tube to Disneyland in CA once upon a time.

Good times, good times.

Be Well.

You can imagine the gay person in that suit cant even walk outside without being mobbed.

Most Mickey Mouses are played by women. But chalk that up to another thing you know absolutely nothing about.

The cast member dressed like a bellboy?

Yes, at the Hollywood Hotel Tower of Terror.

The video doesn't show how the fight started, but the drunk-seeming guy wasn't doing anything but standing still and rubbing his eyes when the Disney worker pepper sprayed him again point blank in the face. I'm not surprised the guy fought him after that. I'd expect the employee to get fired for handling it so poorly.

#19 i think he was ordered to be on the ground while an entourage came to escort the guy out. he wanted the guy on the ground precisely so he wouldn't come at him, and he wasn't compliant. shouldn't get fucked up and go the magic kingdom unless you're a mellow-type drunk who can control. it's tragic though. if it weren't for guns, americans would absolutely get their asses kicked in any kind of fighting. like two fucking elephants rolling in the mud.

i think he was ordered to be on the ground ... he wasn't compliant

The worker doesn't have the right to pepper spray people if they don't comply with his orders.

Disney does not allow alcohol or lewd behavior in the Magic Kingdom including vulgar language. I have seen "guests" asked to leave because of language after refusing to tone down.

I would assume this guy was making an ass of himself, asked to stop and control himself and instead went nuclear.

Disney prides itself on making sure everyone is happy at their parks.

That is why people will save for years to go visit the mouse.

The worker doesn't have the right to pepper spray people if they don't comply with his orders.

They do have a right to subdue someone who becomes violent.

"Man Fights Worker at Disneyland"

At first I was laughing, but by the end of the video I was just sad. If the only thing you can do to enforce behavior codes is ask verbally or pepper spray the person (like this security guard was) then you are wholly under-qualified for the position.

The worker doesn't have the right to pepper spray people if they don't comply with his orders.

why not? if the guy is belligerent and poses a danger to others he does. in fact, if he doesn't and some third party is hurt, they get sued for not providing good security.

Depends on which character he was dressed as. Everyone knows Mickey runs the place.

It's not the drunk or the dumbass security guard but all the other douches in that video that make me not want to go to Disney Land.

That, my friends, is what we call a psychotic episode. No bueno.

Disney does not allow alcohol or lewd behavior in the Magic Kingdom including vulgar language.

Some Disney parks, including the one where this incident occurred, sell booze.

why not? if the guy is belligerent and poses a danger to others he does.

The guy is just standing around rubbing his eyes the second time the worker hits him with pepper spray. He's not posing a danger to anybody at that point.

Some Disney parks, including the one where this incident occurred, sell booze.

I know Epcot does.

Some Disney parks, including the one where this incident occurred, sell booze.

Most Disney World Parks do, with the exception of the Magic Kingdom. I am not sure about the Islands of Adventure. They don't tolerate crap from anyone. They would much rather piss off one jackass than ruin the "Magic" for a number of families.

They have teams of undercover security everywhere in their parks on the lookout for this.

He's not posing a danger to anybody at that point.

Maybe not, but you were not there, neither was I. You have no idea what lead up to the start of filming and the fact remains that Disney will do everything they can to ensure the majority of their guests have a good time.

You have no idea what lead up to the start of filming ...

I already said that in my first comment. A lot could have gone on before the video was rolling.

But Disney has to follow the law just like anybody else.

#33. Yes and no. You are going to have one drunk s.o.b. that was creating a disturbance against the word of "several" park workers.

Who do you think the police will believe?

Besides, this video was filmed by a guest. I can guarantee that their is security footage that will show the entire sequence of events.

You are always on camera when you visit the mouse.

Good times, good times.

Be Well.

a couple of medicated brownies can make it a small small world after all.

It's a world of hatred
A world of fear
A world of people not letting other get near
Its a world that we won't share
And its clear no one cares
So its a fucked world after all

It's a fucked world after all
It's a fucked world after all
It's a fucked world after all
It's a fucked
Up
World

You are going to have one drunk s.o.b. that was creating a disturbance against the word of "several" park workers.

I don't know why you have so little faith in the actual video evidence.

I don't know why you have so little faith in the actual video evidence.

Is it all the evidence? No it is not. It captures a part of the event.

I did hear him say "Fuck You" to the security guard... that is enough to get kicked out of the park and then while being restrained he took a step at the guard.

What happened before the tape started rolling? I just don't believe that the pepper spray was unprovoked.

I just don't believe that the pepper spray was unprovoked.

Then what provoked the second pepper spraying?

That's just Mickey Mouse!!!

The guy was a asshole and deserved what he got security is there to maintain order not to fight with fools, they should have batons to inflict pain on anybody that acts like a bad ass.

What kind of retarted phone takes video that is 12 high by like 2 wide?

Although the quality was really good.

I wish someone would have popped the annoying bitch.

Holy crap... I agree rwd... the only that shoulda been hauled off is that crack bitch.

And rogers is also right, that stupid park dude was a little too "liberal" with the pepper spray.. all he did was enflame the situation.

This wouldn't have happened in Orlando... a secret trap door would have opened somewhere and 4 security dudes would have quietly whisked that guy away underground before anyone noticed.

He was given an order from a man in a Disney security uniform what do you want him to do?When you buy a ticket that doesn't give you the right to do as you please.Rules are no good unless they are enforced. Sounds like you and the Pres. are on the same wave length. The guy was lucky he wasn't hurt, somebody should have cold cocked him.

The worker doesn't have the right to pepper spray people if they don't comply with his orders.

Yes, they do. You sign certain rights away when you enter the park. It's not public property. The only "right" you have is to follow their rules or stay out.
