A 98-year-old woman in Fairfield, Ct., is being evicted by her son from the home she's lived in since 1953. Peter Kantorowski, 71, took ownership of his mother Mary's home after it was put into a trust he managed. Eviction papers were served on her 98th birthday. "This is just a despicable situation," said Richard Bortolot Jr., her attorney. "Mary has been living here happily paying all the expenses for the house and now her son, Peter, comes along and is telling her, 'Get the hell out,' so he can sell it."
