People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is filing a federal lawsuit arguing that five SeaWorld orcahs -- Tilikum, Katina, Kasatka, Ulises and Corky -- should be freed on the grounds that the 13th Amendment to the Constitution bans slavery and involuntary servitude. "All five of these orcas were violently seized from the ocean and taken from their families as babies," PETA President Ingred Newkirk said
