Today, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court ruling that found that Proposition 8, the state constitutional amendment that stripped the freedom to marry away from gay and lesbian couples in California, violates the U.S. Constitution.

Yeah Bozo, we get you hate people who are not like you and that rights are only for the right people.

For me it wonderful to see the federal court system upholding the constitution for the profound wisdom of what it actually does say (regardless if the authors owned slaves).

We salute the American Foundation which brought this challenge to Prop 8 for abrogating once again the will of the people.
