One of the convicts pardoned last month by exiting Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour (R), a man serving a felony drunk driving arrest, was allegedly driving drunk again a week after the Mississippi Parole Board recommended him for a full pardon. Harry Bostick was awaiting formal charges for driving drunk in the accident that killed 18-year-old Charity Smith when pardoned by Barbour in January. The governor "wasn't aware of the subsequent charges," said his spokeswoman Laura Hipp.
