What wrong with this is obvious. Perhaps people do have an internet connection at home, yet they go to internet cafe's because simply people like to be with other people and socialize. Even if people are sitting alone. And maybe people pay cash for thing because believe it or not boys and girls not everyone has a bank account or a credit or a debit card. Poor people typically do not have those things and they use cash.
