I can also understand why agents want to maintain such secrecy regarding their identities. It would be quite a different story if they invade the "wrong" home whereby their victim not only gathers their personal data, but shares it far and wide.. In fact, since they are risking their lives in this scenario, accessing their medical history, employment and criminal records would be prudent.

Had she been shot they certainly would have throwaway weapons that they would attribute to her, and drug evidence so they could cover up their fatal mistake. This nation is fucked up and the war on drugs and militarization of the police and Patriot Act bs is a big part of it. This outrageous behavior is not just going to happen to only those stuck in the ghettos.

This is just another example of the stupidity and callus attitude of the FBI. They are the "Secret Police" force that everyone in the USA has always feared would develop. The perpetrators of this crime will likely get promotions and kudos for their exemplary behavior terrorizing yet another innocent victim.

Actually there was some attempt recently at eliminating some of the redundancy in the Govt.

Ironically it was met with a shitload of resistance from those who want a smaller Govt.

Classic damned if you do and damned if you dont.
