Okay, let me make this perfectly clear, since you're having trouble following the logical progression of this conversation...
The law and freedom are two separate concepts.
FREEDOM equates to "Do what you want if it doesn't harm someone else". This includes using drugs and drinking and smoking so long as you don't drive drunk or stoned, etc. That can harm someone else.
The LAW is what they tell us we can and can't do.
The drug-war era laws inhibit freedom.
Minimum wage laws CAN BE CONSTRUED as preventing harm to employees. Historically, employees could be paid a wage of scrip, which, of course, equates to slavery, as you don't make actual money, you make vouchers that you use to purchase from your employer what you need to survive.
If you can't see this difference, then there was no point in conversing with you and you have begun to bore me.
