Okay, say what ya like about the content of this ad that right there is a funneh farking title.

Cos it indirectly reminds folks of Newt claiming he made 1.6 million over a coupla years as a "historian" when he was really being a paid consultant /lobbyist.

That sed, what is the fair use criteria here?

They have the right to ask to have this taken off the air but is it a legal right or not?

Quite frankly Spud appreciates Brokaw's concerns and understands why he's doing this here but it still sounds like a really bad idea on the face of it.

Potentially it's a slippery slope towards greater censorship and lack of access to information.
