I have (Sirius/XM). I was activating a new portable SatRad to replace the one that was stolen with my car last November. I came away amazed that everything worked out perfectly, even the waving of the fee to activate the replacement unit, because the rep's Indian accent was so strong I had to ask him to repeat things several times. I was even on the verge of asking for another rep who I could more easily understand.

Zot - I have SiriusXM and navigation as well. I became so angry with the rep because I couldn't understand him I asked for a different one. She was even worse. After going round and round with them I did some googling, started emailing the board of directors and corp leaders. Finally the VP of Sales called me and took care of everything then had his secretary personally handle my situation with several follow up calls over a three month period. Ended up having lunch with both about 6 month later when I took a trip to visit family in NYC.

Once you get past the farmed out jobs overseas doing business in America isn't so bad.
