A Georgia administrative judge recently ruled that President Barack Obama must attend a hearing in Fulton County, Ga., Thursday regarding his citizenship, the latest nuisance court case filed by birther attorney Orly Taitz. Though Georgia Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi rejected an effort by Obama's legal team last week to quash a subpoena that would require the president appear, the president is unlikely to attend. Sixty eight similar legal challenges have been dismissed and a federal judge in Columbus fined Taitz $20,000 for "frivolous" litigation.
