Actually your best bet is to pay the fine and make the check out for an extra dollar. They have to send you a refund and as long as you don't cash the check, the courts have nothing to send the Insurance company. The class probably costs more than the fine anyway, so why waste four hours?

Folks generally talk in months in the womb. But the professionals do talk in weeks.

And when they are trying to decide if you are dilated at 8 cm or 10 cm--they skip 9 cm. It doesn't exist apparently. lol
