I was just reading about unemployment. The numbers are cooked. Workforce participation is at one of its lowest points in history. The workforce has shrunk too, even though population is growing. So how can unemployment be going down? It can't.

So why are there still so many debates about what is "Constitutional", or not? And why do they take years to resolve?
