That is your answer? When I started working, SS paid full benefits at 65. Then it was raised to 67. Now they are talking about raising it to 70. I didn't decide when it should kick in. The government did....65 years old. That's the deal that was made with the public at the time I started paying. Yes, I understand they can change it at will. And thats fine, as long as it effects everyone. None of this over 50 gets to retire at 65 and under 50 has to wait another 5 years. You change the retirement age today, it changes for everyone including people who turn 65 tomorrow.

The federal government wastes so much money on unnecessary bullshit, like the study on feces throwing monkeys and the multi-million dollar bike trail system in my town (stimulus money).
