Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

Thailand's PC Air certainly has lived up to its name, with one of the most politically correct hiring moves seen yet. PC Air has deliberately hired four katoeys, or "ladyboys," as they're known in Thailand, as flight attendants. Thais are accepting of their trans population, and PC Air chairman Peter Chan has declared that he wanted to "open up opportunities" for them. The requirement that those chosen must present well as women seems to have been met pretty handily.

I never thought I'd see the day you were spot on the money.

How long until Wisgod comes along, reads this, and has his head spin alllllll the way around while hurling green pea soup?

How long until Chairborne uses my filing of this entry as yet another excuse to launch the "C"-word my way once again?

The countdown begins. In milliseconds.

It's kinda unbecoming when you have to beg for attention.

"It's kinda unbecoming when you have to beg for attention."

From those two, I'd get it anyway - might as well have a little fun with it.

You know, a good insult relies on context and consistency.

You fail.

OK. I hadn't noticed. So it seemed as though you started the thread only to tweak your greatest admirers.

Look, this is all very well, but doesn't anyone have an opinion about using trans people as flight attendants?

Me, I think it's a great idea. Not for politically correct reasons, but because it should cut down on harassment of stewardesses, since it turns the groping game into Russian roulette.

"The gentleman in 43B is turning green!"

"Oh, it's nothing. He just groped an attendant and got a handful of something he didn't expect."

From those two, I'd get it anyway - might as well have a little fun with it.

Your name does have that connotation.

Third pic down, one all the way on the left is kinda hot. Plus, it makes all the gay flight attendants seem that much manlier.

It's kinda unbecoming when you have to beg for attention.

Although, I must say, the Katoey (pronounced PaTOOee, much like the sound a squealing piglet makes on a moonlit night in Arkansas when you sneak up on it and grab the critter by that cute curly little tail and --- but I digress) make, not to put too fine a point on the matter, love flight attendants. So kind, so thoughtful, so delightfully wriggly, and free with the Burmese champagne and nunchaku massages. Uh oh, digressing again...heh...heh...

But, no, the Katoeys don't make you beg for attention.

Take it from me, they don't hardly ever bite.

By the by, did you know I'm incorporated in Tennessee?

Montecore is holding out for the San Fransisco only flights...

"Take it from me, they don't hardly ever bite."

That was just a little more information than we needed, dear.

The food looks better than what the American flights have too.

"Services beyond expectation" is subtext challenge for TSA to invest in Republican cockchuggers. They can't outsource every orifice?!

I see you had no problem outsourcing all yours though. My you are a good sport.
