A traditional court in Zimbabwe has fined Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai two cows and two sheep for breaking a cultural taboo by initiating marriage proceedings during the "sacred month" of November. Tsvangirai later called off the wedding to commodities trader Locadia Tembo, whose family was fined two cattle, two sheep and a goat.
