Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs
Tuesday, November 29, 2011

O'Neal suffered from complications resulting from a stroke that left him unable to speak in October. His long time battle with diabetes is believed to have led to the stroke. O'Neal appeared on the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen in September, and when comedian Amy Schumer visited the Howard Stern Show on October 31st, she teared up when she spoke about a joke she made about O'Neal's illness at the Roast.

"Patrice has always been destine for stardom...and diabetes," said Schumer at the Roast. "So, tonight is not just the Roast of Charlie Sheen. It's also a farewell party for Patrice's foot."

This is sad news. The dude was incredibly funny.

I was thinking of Patricia O'Neal and wondering when she started doing standup. Besides, I thought she was already dead.

He shoulda cut down on da' pork and what-not.

Well that aint funny.

God bless america. Where affordable food is poisonous and addictive, and corporations get rich selling you toxins, treating you like a guinea pig, making you ill and then trying to extend your life.

Not saying shitty food should be illegal, but it should be taxed out the wazoo, and healthy food should be subsidized. Instead we subsidize corn.

One more problem that would be solved with public election funding. Get the government acting in the interest of the people instead of the international corps, and all of a sudden everything becomes fixable.

Don't touch my bacon, Uncle Sam-bo.

Loved listening to him on O&A.

RIP Patrice.

Seems that doing the Comedy Central Roast is bad for your health. Just ask Greg Giraldo and now Patrice O'Neal.

why mention he was overweight?

why mention he was overweight?

I'm just throwing this out, but maybe it's because that's what killed him.
