My point was that there was a series of events that took place over a span of billions of years, all to which I consider were circumstantial (i.e. not preordained, planned, or created by a single all knowing being), and that series of events has a certain order (on a timeline aswell as in regards to mathematics/physics/evolution) . If it wasn't for the circumstantial order of events and parameters in regards to the capabilities of a specific matter's (in the sense of physics) interaction with its environment, there would be no way to trace the line of history going back to the origination of the human species, the earth, the solar system, etc. Questions are made, then partially answered, to which opens the door for more questions. And so goes science: an ever closer approximation regarding the way the universe (multiverse?) works.
