Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

Over the past ten days, more than a dozen cities have moved to evict "Occupy" protesters from city parks and other public spaces. As was the case in last night's move in New York City, each of the police actions shares a number of characteristics. And according to one Justice official, each of those actions was coordinated with help from Homeland Security, the FBI and other federal police agencies.

I am just shocked that we have not got more discussion on congress cheating insider trading and how they would like to see OWS on the steps of congress.

OWS should be on the steps of all congressional buildings and outside the gates of the Whitehouse.

and outside the gates of the Whitehouse

Maybe Obama hired the gunman so they could justify closing down any protest near the White House (cue X-Files and Twilight Zone themes).

Of course Congress does, the less said about the corruption and insider deals the better for them.

Doubtful... but I sure Jeff will have a thread about it tomorrow. Thanks.

Kenrei is getting close to Jeffindenmark out there in outerspace with his supposed ""funny"" """sense of humor"""" just joking.

The gunman was nothing but a disturbed individual.

However if people think OWS is going away they are wrong, and even though all forms of government are trying to quash the movement for fear they will be the next target for corruption the OWS still lacks direction.

As many as a dozen members of Congress and their aides took part in insider trading based on foreknowledge of market moving information on Capitol Hill, disgraced Washington lobbyist Jack Abramoff told CNBC in an interview.

Abramoff, who was once one of the wealthiest and most powerful lobbyists in Washington before a corruption scandal sent him to federal prison for more than three years, said that many of those members of Congress bragged to him about their stock trading prowess while dining at the exclusive restaurant he owned on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Sounds like our congressional leaders are quite the hypocrits.

Over the years, academic studies have found that members of the House of Representatives beat the market by as much as six percent per year and members of the Senate do even better than that.

Strange that this hasn't been looked at before, I wonder if people are actually looking at obama too.

Wow, not a concern.

Why am I not surprised.
