I wonder where Pakistan would end up on an similar American survey being how we are fighting Pakistan by proxy.

I wonder where Pakistan would end up on an similar American survey

Probably at the bottom.

But that doesn't bother us since we don't give a shit anymore.

how we are fighting Pakistan by proxy.

But.. but... how can anyone fight the oh-so-mighty MIGHTY USA???!!! How dare they! Why haven't they been wiped off the map?!!!

Impossible! You must have it wrong!

I wonder where Pakistan would end up on an similar American survey

At least we can pick America out from a world map. LOL

Most Americans can't pick out their own country on a world map, so it's not like they are aware of who we are, where we are and what we are ALLEGEDLY doing to them.

Most Americans can't pick out their own country on a world map,

Most Paki's don't know what a map is.

Most Paki's don't know what a map is.

But we do.

And most Americans can't pick out their own country on a world map.

I think it is more like 20%

At least we can pick America out from a world map. LOL

You know what is real funny? Some American is probably flying a drone over your house right now....now that is a LOL.

I think it is more like 20%

I think it's a hell of a lot more.

Watch this too.

I'm at work and we have installed a filter on websites. I can't open a youtube video anymore....while at work.

I'm outa here.

And this....

Just 20%, huh? LOL

I'm at work and we have installed a filter on websites.

Excuses, excuses....

I'm outa here.

Sure. LOL

"4/5 of Americans know where America is on a map."

that is from my above referenced website. sorry, I can't link it.

okay, really out of here.

Some American is probably flying a drone over your house right now

But Obama sold your drones to Pakistan.

That's even funnier! LOL

That was last year's model.
You only get the obsolete shit.

www.defensetech.org

that is from my above referenced website.

The videos *I* linked to are far more believe than your webpage.

sorry, I can't link it.

See? They can't even copy-paste a link... how do you expect them to use a map?

But that doesn't bother us since we don't give a shit anymore.

Like you ever did give a shit.

Apparently you care more about camels and donkeys having sex than whether the Taliban is raping and cutting body parts off of your neighbors wife.

But Obama sold your drones to Pakistan.

Why? Because a guy who names himself after a Japanese movie character sez so? LOL

Your Obama will sell anything and everything so that people can say, "he's a nice guy".

He has the spine of a noodle.

He has the spine of a noodle.

yeah and your momma wears army boots!

the Taliban is raping and cutting body parts off of your neighbors wife.

But the taliban have been defeated in Pakistan. So that is no longer a worry.

That is, in fact, the topic of this thread.

yeah and your momma wears army boots!

Whatever.

Go sleep it off.

like we would sell you camel humpers the good stuff!

You would and you are.

Your Messiah has been sharing live data feeds since last 3-4 years with Pak-army.

Do you understand what that means? (probably not)

Your Messiah has been sharing live data feeds since last 3-4 years with Pak-army.

Sorry... I meant, Chimpy started this excellent sharing of secrets... Messiah carried them forward to a whole new level.

Whatever.

Go sleep it off.

What? I thought it was common practice for you clowns to insult each other first. You can't take it but you love to dish it out, huh, bro?

I will never understand your strange customs...and what is it with you guys and camels anyway?

you may be gettin "live feeds" as you say but consider this. If "Obama" is sharing IT technology with your country it is already old technology. You have no idea what the good stuff is (and I only have an inkling) and you ain't getting any.

Never played chess Tossed? Seems Obama and NSA is probably 20 moves ahead of you. If them drones suddenly shut off on you someday don't be too surprised ok?

Enjoy your new drones and enjoy your sharia law after we pull out of that hell hole.

Hope your daughters don't end up losing their heads, hands or ears over it someday.

But the taliban have been defeated in Pakistan. So that is no longer a worry.
That is, in fact, the topic of this thread.

Here's a fact: It's amazing that you, who posted the story, don't seem to actually know what the story's about.

It's not about how "the taliban have been defeated in Pakistan." It's about how "Pakistanis are less afraid the country will be taken over by extremists and feel less threatened by the Taliban than last year, research suggests."

Assuming the figures are correct -- quite an assumption -- the story is about perception, not reality.

Right you are DOC (once again!)

When the Taliban can't play fuck-fuck with the Americans anymore after they pull out of that vacation paradise you got there Tosserboy I wonder who they will play fuck-fuck with?

I bet I know who.

Enjoy that Sharia Law and all them awesome drones bro.

I think I will stick with the US Constitution.

Yeah, Donnerboy, I sure wouldn't want to be sitting around in Lahore or Karachi twidding my thumbs and patting myself on the back, muttering, "We sure pulled one over over on those dumb Amreeekans" without bearing in mind that the guys with the bombs, rockets, long knives, AK-47s and suicidal drive start looking around for new targets on which to inflict their madness.

pakis are worried about what they`re govt controlled media wants them to worry about.
the govt sez CIA, Mossad and RAW are the ones planting bombs throughout Pakistan, from Karachi to Miram Shah, so that`s what they`ll believe. it`s never pakistanis themselves blowing each other to smittereens, it`s `foreigners`. it was foreigners that attacked the visiting sri lankan cricket team, foreigners that bombed shi`ites, foreigners that attacked the army GHQ etc....
but David Cameron had it right when he said Pakistan (aided by elements within it`s securocracy) is a net exporter of terror, regionally and worldwide. despite his shameless sales pitch for Indian business.
it`s in Pakistan`s strategic interest to retain `good`(for that read controllable) taliban/AQ, (eg Haqqani network, Hekmatyar et al), for strategic depth vs India and to shakedown the US for `aid`.
and i`m sure the pakis get all `manly` when a female sec of state goes to their country and sez to their face that we know that UBL is being shielded by members of their govt in their country.
that must sting. instead of relying on Tosser (the plonker), here`s `Londonistani`s` perspective......
www.cnas.org

''Of all the terrorist attacks carried out so far, no American culprit has been caught, no one from Britain and no Israeli. All those who have been apprehended belong here. And with great sorrow, I say that they have been men with beards (religious men)," said one speaker, who holds a high-profile position within Pakistan's religious education establishment."
And:

One of Pakistan's highest-ranking religious officials said of extremists; "In religious garb they organised hatred into a force. Now it is an organised force. These people are in society... The attacks on army installations were done by their followers who are in the army."

As well as:

In a madrassa in the rural hinterland of Punjab, an elderly former Barelvi leader with still considerable influence within the community's nationwide network said Barelvis should arm and organise a militia to take on the Taliban. "Our ideology is lying in its grave. And before long, if we do nothing, our lifeless bodies will be joining it," he said in Punjabi.

so basically, the poll means shite.....

afpak.foreignpolicy.com

the story is about perception, not reality.

The perception is based very much on reality.

Ask the people who keep finding taliban bodies in the hills, executed.

highest-ranking religious officials

Sorry.. we don't have "religious" officials like in Iran or Saudi. LOL

You can't take it but you love to dish it out, huh, bro?

What? A "your mamma wear combat boots" kind of "insult"?

What are you...?.... in third grade? LOL

without bearing in mind that the guys with the bombs, rockets, long knives, AK-47s and suicidal drive start looking around for new targets on which to inflict their madness.

Look, it is very clear to everyone since Wikileaks that the US is useless against these guys. So you hardly matter.

As for us, we have handled them in the 80s, in the 90s and in 2004, in 2007 and in 2009. They will be handled again, whenever necessary.

If it gets too much, we will invade and flatten Afghanistan... something we should've done before 9-11. But for that to happen, we need a President who isn't a loser. Hopefully we will get that too.... someday. LOL

and what is it with you guys and camels anyway?

I have no idea what you are trying to say.

If "Obama" is sharing IT technology with your country it is already old technology. You have no idea what the good stuff is (and I only have an inkling) and you ain't getting any.

The Predator he is trying to sell, is the "XP model". That is not armed and it's imaging systems are downgraded.

Otherwise the engine is the same and the flight time and range is the same. That is because it is too easy to increase range if they try to lessen it so why even bother trying.

We have acquired more than enough tech to turn the XP model into the real thing. Pakistan has been flying drones since the last 20-25 years after all.

Hell, Pakistan makes a drone called "Falco" which has the imaging system of the Reaper installed in it.

Yes, we have already been sold your latest imaging systems by Obama which we have fit into our own drones.

How easy do you think it would be to upgrade the XP into a Reaper class? LOL

The latest American Predator is the Predator-C... that is supposed to be a stealth version. I bet, at the speed Obama is selling off his stuff, they will sell those too soon enough! LOL

Seems Obama and NSA is probably 20 moves ahead of you.

Nawww... they're not so bright.

If them drones suddenly shut off on you someday don't be too surprised ok?

Yes, THAT is a real concern.

ALL American equipment comes with "kill switches" (we found them in our F-16s).

We have a great record of disabling those, but one can never be 100% sure, can they?

This why Pakistan wanted... and got... the tech.

The drones, you can keep. LOL

Hope your daughters don't end up losing their heads, hands or ears over it someday.

Oh for.... stop with the theatrics already.

And please WATCH this.

Watch all of it. LOL

www.youtube.com

"As for us, we have handled them in the 80s, in the 90s and in 2004, in 2007 and in 2009"

And you'll be "handling" them again in 2011 and 2012 and 2013 and 2014.

Yeah, riiiiight, sounds like you've really got that problem well in hand.

LOL!

And you'll be "handling" them again in 2011 and 2012 and 2013 and 2014.

Maybe not.

We are not all drunk dwarfs, thinking up hypothetical nonsense, now are we?

"Maybe not."

What's "maybe" about it? According to you earlier "the taliban have been defeated in Pakistan."

The violent extremists, whatever you want to call them, are clearly by no means "defeated" in Pakistan.

"We are not all drunk dwarfs, thinking up hypothetical nonsense, now are we?"

No, we certainly aren't. It's only your ridiculous, albeit crippling, mix of arrogance and ignorance that fuels your preposterous hubris.

Feel free to come back and play when you have some real, credible, verifiable information to provide.

According to you earlier "the taliban have been defeated in Pakistan."

Al-Qaeda has been defeated.

Pakistan never fought against the Afghan-taliban.

Pakistan only fought against the Pak-taliban (who have no connections with the Afghan-taliban) and they were also defeated.

However, fresh infiltrations continue... we fight them where they pop up. Having said that, the problem is now a fraction of what it was 2 years ago.

It's only your ridiculous, albeit crippling, mix of arrogance and ignorance that fuels your preposterous hubris.

Oh, it just sounds that way to YOU since you're the drunk dwarf and I am sober.

Feel free to come back and play when you have some real, credible, verifiable information to provide.

Feel free to come back when you are sober, Drunk Dwarf. I have backed up whatever I say with multiple sources. Too bad, you still can't get your eyes to focus. LOL

"I am sober"

A poster who gives himself a handle synomymous with "wanker."
Doubtful.
Come back when you really are sober.

Come back when you really are sober.

LOL... I am not the one they call "drunk dwarf".

I don't drink or smoke. Sorry. Good Muslim boy here.

I am not the one they call "drunk dwarf".

Nor am I the poster who describes himself as a wanker.

By the way, if "drunk dwarf" from a noxious ignoramus like Vermin is accurate for me, then it's certainly accurate enough for a buffoonish poseur like yourself, Lil' Mr. Yap Yap.

Time for you to run along and come up with something credible and verifiable.

Here, I'll toss a bone down the road for you to get motivated on your way.

LOL

Nor am I the poster who describes himself as a wanker.

Ah... *I* gave myself the name Tosser.

*Others* gave you the name "Drunk Dwarf".

See the diff?

Now time for you to stop going "yip yip yip... woof woof... me me sarvis .. yip yip!" at my tires.

You can't stop a car that way. LOL

come up with something credible and verifiable.

Prove me wrong.

Whatever I post is always credible, Drunk Dwarf.

By the way, if "drunk dwarf" from a noxious ignoramus like Vermin is accurate for me, then it's certainly accurate enough for a buffoonish poseur like yourself

But I am not called "drunk dwarf" by the rest of the Retort.

You are! LOL

There... was this credible enough for you?

Poll: Less Pakistanis worried about taliban

Why not when the ISI is supplying the taliban with information and arms.

rwd

"But I am not called "drunk dwarf" by the rest of the Retort."

"The "rest of the Retort"? You really are drunk, Tosser = Wanker, if you think Vermin, Wussy, and a few morons on the stupid-to-fascist side of the political spectrum constitutes "the rest of the Retort."

By those standards, Tosser = Wanker -- catering to the lowest common denominator -- you're a smelly little nob who stalks camels in a bazaar and smells of goat dung.

Please, get real, Lil' Mr. Yap Yap.

"come up with something credible and verifiable"

Prove me wrong.

No problem, Lil' Mr. Yap Yap:

But the taliban have been defeated in Pakistan.

Q.E.D.

Thanks for playing.

In other news, Pakistan is being hammered at Trent Bridge. Second innings, 15 for 3 ? Their batting has been shocking. Maybe worse than Bangladesh. First, they moaned that the pitch and overcast conditions were against them. But what`s the excuse for the second innings ?
Pakistan have some of the canniest bowlers on the planet (when in the mood to play Test cricket), but their batting is atrocious.
Tosser, your lot need to go to Sri Lanka-Butt`ll make 300 there as the Indians just did on a totally flat track.

From "The Great (Double) Game" by Tom Friedman (www.nytimes.com) (NYT 8/1/10):

Pakistan, 63 years after its founding, still exists not to be India. The Pakistani Army is obsessed with what it says is the threat from India -- and keeping that threat alive is what keeps the Pakistani Army in control of the country and its key resources. The absence of either stable democracy in Pakistan or a decent public education system only swells the ranks of the Taliban and other Islamic resistance forces there. Pakistan thinks it must control Afghanistan for "strategic depth" because, if India dominated Afghanistan, Pakistan would be wedged between the two.

Alas, if Pakistan built its identity around its own talented people and saw its strategic depth as the quality of its schools, farms and industry, instead of Afghanistan, it might be able to produce a stable democracy -- and we wouldn't care about Pakistan's nukes any more than India's....
So Pakistan's nukes are a problem for us because of the nature of that regime....So we pay Pakistan to help us in Afghanistan, even though we know some of that money is killing our own soldiers, because we fear that just leaving could lead to Pakistan's Islamists controlling its bomb.
