Huzzah for full disclosure!

People have a right to know where their money went.

Be Well.

The Fed had argued that disclosure of the documents threatens to stigmatize borrowers and cause them “severe and irreparable competitive injury,”...

Funny how capitalists believe in capitalism when they're doing well, but don't believe poorly-performing companies should be driven out of business when theirs is one of them.

On what grounds? Overturning it would mean that the Federal Reserve is above the law. That is particularly troubling to me because I believe the Federal Reserve's very existence is illegal and an inducement to global corruption.

But, OTOH, who would have ever guessed that the Scotus would have made the past doozy decisions, corporations are human too and it is legal for corporations to bribe politicians.

Way to go! Let's also get moving with auditing the Fed.

"On what grounds?"

On the grounds that some collusion is too big to fail?

Of course that's just wild speculation, but I'd be surprised to read this SCOTUS, shady lot that they are, ruling in favor of more light on this topic.

100% reality-based instinct.

"It would stigmatize the banks"

Gee, my heart bleeds.
