Hahahah, the only people that like Cleveland are the people from there.

I'm not surprised one bit.

I thought Cleveland rocks?

Are you on a roll today of "Top List of _______ Cities"?

On the back page you have a "Top List of Craziest Cities."

Cleveland tops list of miserable cities

This is not fair. Detroits works very hard for that title and those punks at Cleveland get it. What a disapointment.

hard to believe that Democrats could maked a city worse than East St. Louis

East St. Louis aint no joke man. Personally the worst city I've ever been with. It's too bad Illinois can't make it Missouri's problem.

I agree Cleveland is the most pathetic city, follwed closely by Cincinati, then by the whole state of Ohio.

All this followed by every state north of the mason dixon line except new york, vermont and
Maine.

No. 2 Stockton, Calif.
Stockton relinquished its most miserable city crown to Cleveland this year, but the city still faces jarring unemployment and violent crime. Unemployment is expected to average 18.5% in the metro area this year.

No. 11 Modesto, Calif.
Only Merced, Calif., has a higher unemployment rate than Modesto over the past three years. It is expected to average 18.5% in 2010. Foreclosures affected 8.5% of homes in 2009 according RealtyTrac, sixth worst in the U.S.

No. 17 Sacramento, Calif.
Foreclosures hit 5.6% of the housing units in 2009 in Sacramento.

It doesn't matter rig monkey.

texas Sucks.

"texas Sucks."

No way! We have low real estate prices. Supply and demand, you know.

texas Sucks.

*yawn*

Honestly, itsy -- when you are only smart enough to post drivebyes (sad) you need to come up with better ones. That you can't is really sad.

Buy a brain, itsy

Now I know why dull is always so miserable. LOL Living is a state with 3 of the top most miserable cities in the US plus being economically bested by an uneducated state like Texas must really suck. LOL

Wave that SAT score high and with pride dull! LOL

No way! We have low real estate prices. Supply and demand, you know.

It has more to do with the lack of brains Californians have, dull. Even in those miserable cities with over 5% real estate closures, you idiots still pay twice what Texans pay for real estate even though the demand is obviously higher here with 1000 of you losers pouring in a day.

Your failed state is full of idiots to pay those prices in a clearly depressed market. No wonder it's bankrupt. LOL

Moving a few million from California to Texas is a superb idea!

Moving a few million from California to Texas is a superb idea!

Clearly there are hundreds of thousands of Californians who agree with you. I think it's a good idea too. Like the union losers who moved there during the great rust belt migrations of the '80s who saw that sensible politics is much more profitable and make for a better life than being liberal scum, the expat left coasters will also will be assimilated and Texas' representation in the Capitol will grow and California's will shrink. (I just with they didn't play the dimestore cowboy role, though. It's pathetic)

I'm with you on that one, AU!

"Moving a few million from California to Texas is a superb idea!"

Absolutely. Not everyone can afford to live here. Those who can't, move to Texas. Hahahaha.

Not everyone can afford to live here. Those who can't, move to Texas.

Those stupid enough to stay in a depressed market with 5%+ foreclosure and still pay twice for real estate than they should don't belong in Texas. HAHAHAHAH

FTFY, dull

It's nice to have the same salary as Californians and only have to spend 1/10 of it on a home. But I don't want to steal your joy of spending 1/3 of your salary on real estate, dull. A fool and his money are soon parted. I'm glad that paying too much for stuff works for you. You live in the perfect place to do so!

Give me your tired, your poor,

Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
