You obviously don't understand how things work.

1) Tosser may live in his shit-hole corner of the world, but he loves america, i.e. the american idea. That's why he cares enough to criticize those that are harming the American Idea, the same as I do. I personally believe Tosser's opinion of himself is probably a tad high, but who among us is perfect (except me)?

2) Spud is an honorary American, thus embued with all the rights and benefits thereof. The world needs clowns as much as those who provide those clowns with good work material. Lately, Spud's only problem has come from an excess of material, rather than a dearth of it.

But in total, both of these guys, IMHO, are better americans than most of the assholes in our own gov't.
