Judging from the unusually high number of banned users, I'd say the impending passage of the health care reform legislation is having a definite effect on the DR wingnut brigade.

They'll have a couple weeks to hit the funny farm and dry out if it passes.

We'll see how this flys in November, demoRats.

If the R-turds weren't so afraid this will be a big WIN for the Democrats, they wouldn't be filling their Depends right now.

November is looking better and better!!!!

Another post from the scatalogically obsessed one. LOL

Speaking of obsessed, Won't Null be jealous of you cheating on him, Goat? I wouldn't want to come between you two.

DR wingnuts flipping out in anticipation of the passing of the HC reform bill?

Well, to be fair, when it comes to wingnuts it doesn't take much to drive them crazy.

Actually, it's such a short trip there's no need to drive 'em at all.

They can pretty much just walk there.

Be Well.

Fair point. That noted, Spud is practically elated just thinking about Clams in Garlic Butter!

Mmmmmmm, soooo YUM!

Spud's sis is a scuba diver and underwater photog who occasionally brings Spud fresh picked scallops fer a treat.

Thems good too.

Dang! Spud is hungry now.

Be Well.

I don't know. Ask him. He probably won't know what you are talking about either.

Wingnuts????

Well they do seem to be jumping around and spitting like cold water on a hot griddle.

Did you miss my latest - and maybe best - pun? Look at my posting history... from yesterday... on the banana robber.

Spud acknowledges that you are indeed the master of the pun here at the ole Tort but yer claim to fame yesterday is somewot diminished by the fact that LUP got there first.

Will he a-peel?

Be Well.

I missed that. Good one, LET. I defer...

But I think LET had split by the time I got there, so I couldn't properly acknowledge him...

Incorrigible, that's wot you are, Ooh!

Haven't we all been PUNished enuff already? ^_^

Be Well.

Republicans have been in the majority and White House most of the past 30 years (though sometimes at different times). Demographic shifts and Obama's 10-million-vote win suggest that this trend might be over. I think that's one big reason some folks on the right are flipping out. Health care reform passing is a big sign that the era of Reagan is toast.

What a bunch of suckers those House Dems, thinking that the Senate has their back! Bwahahahaha! They will get screwed along with the rest of America.

There is no link between cause and effect here. More right wingers are being banned. It could mean they are losing their shit; it could mean the left has no tolerance; it could be Rc-de is banning comments against a bill he likes; it could be any number of things.

Why are some Dem Congresspeople acting like Obams slaves? Our Founding Fathers did not create a legislative branch of government to be a rubber stamp of the executive. But it seems that far from being an independent branch, the congress is subserviant and obediant vis-a-vis the executive. these people are more concern with a president's legacy than whether or not the bill is crap. They will vote for a bill they know is absolute crap and bad for the country because they are good little Obama slaves not wanting to jeopardize HIS legazy.

Well, Obama will have a legacy alright, BANKRUPTING THE COUNTRY.

I'd like to read the Bill, and then decide if I'm going to "wig out".

You're just full of "wisdom" today. You only delude yourself and the few who are still brainless enough to think this is a left-right divide. What you are actually celebrating is that the honest dissent of Democrat Kucinich has been 'Chicago-style' silenced.

Anyone with an ounce of honesty, who isn't a fake should be "winging out" at the stage of this bill and a host of others.

Like those "sell-outs" Dennis K and Michael Moore, one supposes?

Purist fundy ideologues are all the same, it appears, right or left, willing to cut off their pragmatic noses to spite their ideological faces.

From your mouth to the Spaghetti Monster's ears, I hope.

Corky, are you going to ask RCade to remove your CBO thread?

Yeah, just get Reuters, AP, ABC, CNN, and FOX to take theirs down.

I'm sure Rogers will follow.

From where do you get your witty replies?

Like those "sell-outs" Dennis K and Michael Moore, one supposes?

Insulting to place those two in the same sentence. Moore has always been a fake -- pushing Cuba style health care. Kucinich is a recent "sell-out" of his conscience, whether or not there were financial incentives or not.

Corkster, were you caught pushing more obvious lies?

-From where do you get your witty replies?

Not from you, most obviously.

I just noted someone who thinks they are further left, and more pure, than Dennis or Michael... who appear to get along quite well, thank you.

Someone is counting chickens.

Before they come home to roost, mystery?

The chickens came home to roost when you idly watched the Republicans take a balanced budget and double the debt and preside over a crippling recession while you remained silent. Now, of course, you've found your non-partisan feet...

Once the bill passes, watch as rightwingers switch into the next phase. They will orchestrate a phony "backlash", complete with FoxNews organized "protests" and talk of impeachment. Should be enjoyable to watch the rightwing meltdown continue.

Betleg,

You keep thinking I'm a conservative and that I didn't say squat during GW Bush's terms in office.

Amazingly ignorant. Especially, since unlike you, I put my party and ideology in my DR profile.

But hey, I'm used to libs, something I have to deduce, as a result of your lack of courage to post your party & ideology, since you use deflection and emotion instead of facts
I do see you get exercise, though, jumping to all those conclusions.

Here is a new exercise program for you, though I'm sure you know most of these exercises:

Health care reform passing is a big sign that the era of Reagan is toast.
* * * *

You're right about that. This is the Era of Obama! Hope and Change!

Meanwhile, I'll go check on the polls . . .

Yeah. It won't last long. Which is why the libs need to try every sleight of hand to get their agenda passed: because America loathes them.

I say let it pass. This country will have to hit rock bottom before these 23%er's say oopsie.

Happier than a clam in garlic butter
Higher than a Canadian Tuber
Pissed they couldn't have done better
What health care bill?
Madder than Babbler's library lady
Madder than Babbler
(Expletive deleted) Communists!!!!

I suggest the House go to their States before the vote and hold town hall meetings to hear from their constituents.

How will the American public respond?

There's a reason they don't want to go home.

BTW, why hasn't this gone to a vote yet?
Oh, Republicans are blocking it?
What's the going bribe rate?
