Really? How much has it increased since his first budget took effect? Do you know when his first budget took effect? 'Cause it wasn't when he got into office.

What are Obama's own figures for the projected rise in deficit by the end of his fourth year budget? Are his numbers hugely optimistic or realistic? Is he depending on a strong economic rebound to reduce deficits as tax receipts rise?

The answers can tell you a lot about where the national debt is going (up or down).
