The birthers seemed like a bunch of paranoid cranks, but funny how with about 60 separate lawsuits filed, the judges seem to always find some reason to torpedo the case. What's wrong with finding the facts to this mystery, which O himself has generated? Why so many secrets about his past? His days at Columbia, shacking up with a drug dealer way downtown, no records, no papers, and apparently not even a friend there? It's obvious there's more to the story, even if the "birther" angle is incorrect.

I think the real question is why is the left so critical of anything to do with questioning Obama? I mean, all Obama had to do from the beginning was produce the same documentation that the rest of us have to produce to enlist in the military. Instead, he chose to hide the facts and details, slander and demonize anyone who would question anything about him. And now for some reason, a judge has decided that citizens are effectively barred from challenging the legitimacy/credibility of our leadership. Personally, I could care less whether he was born in Hawaii, Kenya, or on Pluto, or whether he had a short lived cocaine habit in his youth. I do care about government increasingly using it's power to suppress the citizenry when they don't like the questions being asked.
