If he follows through on what he says he is going to do, then New Jerseyans will be saying to states that go bankrupt, "who cares?"

If he follows through (i.e. if this is not just threatening talk meant to get money flowing from unions to his campaign) he would be re-elected with no trouble. I tend to think he will. He put away 150 corrupt state politicians when he was federal prosecutor and his first executive order was to hold unions to the same pay-to-play restrictions corporations have.
