The problem with trying to pass this in another bill and get it thru the Senate is just as impossible.

They don't have 60 votes in the Senate to pass that anti abortion funding language in a bill.

AND they can't do that kind of bill thru reconciliation--(51 votes) per the rules.

And they have to take out the NE and LA and FL bribes--the house won't vote for that.

And if they change the Senate bill--they have to run it thru the Senate again.

The Senate Parliamentarian says NO..

Obama has to sign the Senate version of the HC bill BEFORE the house or senate can pass a reconciliation bill to correct the manure in the Senate version..
