NK is progressive like the US is democratic.

In smart people world, the actual definitions would be:

North Korea - DICTATORSHIP where everything happens as the ruler demands.

USA - PLUTOCRACY - rule by the rich, for the rich, fuck everyone else, including YOU, although i'm sure you fight your hardest to defend this fucked up system that oppresses you.
