North Korea recently decreed that all women wear skirts and not pants. They can be fined and even chastised on national tv. There have also been decrees on how women shouldn't ride bicycles. Millions of people starving to death ain't so bad as long as women look proper. North Korea is one country in serious need of regime change.

Whichever company gave this technology to the North Koreans should have immediately realized this kind of abuse of citizenry would be prevalent. I presume Nextel/Sprint are the major culprits - mainly popularized for Nascar. New technology merely permits less realistic excuses for Kim Jong Ills atrocities, just like internet cafes do throughout China.

The entire Kim clan should be removed and a reformation would promote an economic diversification to salvage what little industry they have left to trade with.
