If the stories are true about Massa, it seems to me anyways the priss in this situation is the one filing the complaint. Sounds like Massa (retired Navy I think) continues to "curse like a sailor." My last job had me working with a lot of ex-navy... they curse a lot. Before hiring anyone during the interview one or all of us would curse at some point. Just to test the reaction because that's what they were going to have to deal with. I'm guessing this staffer didn't like being cursed at... probably got called a pussy or fag or something else and filed the complaint.

These allegations come from general shipboard understandings and conversations, and were relayed to me by shipmates of Eric Massa.
